Raven Winder brings a blend of artistry and energy to stage, and in the classroom. This Georgia-born emerging artist began her dance training at Ballethnic Dance Company, where she got the opportunity to work with artist Lydia Abarca Mitchell. In her later years she trained at Georgia Academy of Dance and worked under artists like Jessica Saund and Dale Shields. She is a graduate from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia, who received her BA in dance with a concentration in pre-Physical Therapy. In 2023, she was invited to intern with Giordano Dance Company as a marketing intern and was later asked to join their college mentorship program. Within her college career, she has worked under Jennifer Archibald, Kevin Jenkins, Larry Keigwin, Al Blackstone, Owen Scarlett, Jesse Zarritt, Staycee Pearl and many more. Raven is excited to continue exploring her artistry throughout her dance career along with bringing her many experiences into her pedagogical approach.
