PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICIES:

You may avoid paying shipping fees by picking up merchandise (do not place order on website- it will automatically charge shipping to your card) at our Corporate Office on M-F 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, at:

INSTRUCTORS DO NOT COME TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE, AND CANNOT TAKE ORDERS TO THE SCHOOL

 

ORDERING SECURITY:

CMD provides our customers with the latest technology, securing each order with advanced server and shopping cart protection.  We take extra care to protect your information by using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process.  To further ensure your security, we use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect personal information from unauthorized use.  Your personal information is protected, and is not distributed to third parties or email advertising agencies.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.  Orders may be placed online, or by calling us at (678) 482-2264.

SHIPPING:

All in-stock orders are shipped from Sugar Hill, Georgia within 1-2 business days. You will be notified if an item is backordered and given an approximate ship date at that time.  In some rare instances, shipments may take up to 2 weeks.   All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, to physical addresses only (no PO boxes).

Flat Rate Shipping Cost:  All orders will be charged $11.00 shipping fee, regardless of quantity or type merchandise.

RETURNS:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return most items for a refund.

      • Shipping is non-refundable.

      • Returns must be in resaleable condition.

      • Ship returns with a copy of your Merchandise Return Form that you received with your package, along with a copy of your receipt that you printed online.  If you have lost your receipt, indicate the order number on a separate document.

      • All tights are final sales.  For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are non-returnable.

      • Leotards and dance bags must be returned with tags intact.  If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted.

      • Shoes must be returned unworn, and in the original unmarked, undamaged box.

      • CD’s must be returned unopened and in original packaging.

      • Any merchandise not in condition for resale will not be accepted.

      • A $5.00 restock charge will be applied to all returned products, unless merchandise is exchanged for a different size.

      • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including sending exchanged merchandise.

      • Allow 2-4 weeks for processing of returns.

      • A refund will be issued to the card originally used for the purchase.

    BACKORDERED ITEMS:
    Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time.  In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, our online store will inform you that the product is “out of stock”.  Backorders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances.  In instances where an item becomes backordered after the order has been placed, a customer service representative will notify you by e-mail.

    ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
    Once our customer service department has received an order, the order will be processed unless customer is otherwise notified by email.
