Alejandra Moreno is a professional dancer and choreographer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally from Bucaramanga, Colombia, she began her dance training in her teens, exploring a variety of styles including ballet, contemporary, and salsa. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University in 2022. Alejandra is a multifaceted artist who explores and blends Latin, Caribbean, and contemporary dance forms. In 2024, she founded “Encanto Latino”, a company dedicated to empowering women and fostering a supportive community through dance. Driven by a commitment to her heritage, Alejandra actively advocates for the Latinx community through leadership and artistic expression. She aims to elevate the Latin dance genre, securing its recognition and respect within the broader fine arts landscape.
