Jillian grew up in Stone Mountain, Georgia and found her true passion for dance whilst participating in praise and worship dances with her church, The Solid Rock of Atlanta, during her teen years. At the age of 16, she started her ballet training with Georgia Stars Academy of Dance and Studio Dionnes (now City Dance and Music) throughout her high school career. During her first 2 years at the University of North Georgia (UNG), Jillian joined the UNG Dance team and performed at the Women’s Basketball halftime shows in styles incorporating jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. After graduating from college in 2019 with her Biology Degree with a minor in Psychology , she returned to City Dance and Music to resume her ballet training through the adult ballet program. In 2023, Jillian started taking ballet classes with Praise in Motion in Spring of 2023, and later joined their Senior Company in Fall of 2023-Summer 2024. She currently leads the Praise and Worship Dance Ministry with the Solid Rock of Atlanta, and choreographs dances with dancers of all ages at the church.”
